In-person studio appointments

These take place at our centrally located Paddington studio. We are baby friendly, so please feel free to bring your newest addition with you. All visits are eligible for private health insurance rebates under Physiotherapy. We accept EPC referrals for persistent/complex conditions from your GP. An EPC will provide you with a $55.10 Medicare rebate at each appointment. Talk to your family doctor  to see if this may be applicable for you.

Telehealth appointments

Initial Consultation | $215

Long Subsequent Consultation | $165

Short Subsequent Consultation | $120

 

Telehealth is ideally suited to our interstate patients or those who live further away. It is also a great option for short notice reschedules due to illness or other circumstances. All you need is a phone or computer and an internet connection for these. Sessions are eligible for private health insurance rebates under Physiotherapy. We are happy to accept EPC referrals for Telehealth appointments.

Home Visits

Home Visits are a popular option for busy or new Mums in Brisbane. These appointments are available for patients situated within 10km of our Paddington studio and are booked as a 90-minute appointment to encompass travel time for our clinicians. To ensure we have enough time to get to/from your house (as this depends on your location and the time of day), please contact our reception staff to make these bookings. Anything over 10KM is assessed on an individual basis.

 

Sessions are eligible for private health insurance rebates under Physiotherapy. We are happy to accept EPC referrals for home visits.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact our reception to do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are unable to reach our reception, please leave a message on our phone or send an email. 

 

For reschedules within a 24-hour period and for no-shows the full price of your appointment will be charged, except in extenuating circumstances. 

 

We understand that life can get busy sometimes, so you will receive an appointment reminder via SMS 3 days prior to your appointment. We are a small business and short notice reschedules means that patients on our waitlist who need timely care are unable to access it.
