A Whole-Body Approach to Pregnancy, Pelvic Floor, and Peri-Natal Health

At B&B, we realise that it is essential to look at the bigger picture - the whole body - for women's health and pregnancy care. Not only treating the acute condition, but educating about alignment, how to stand, walk, squat and move more naturally so you can continue to be pain and dysfunction free with confidence in your body long after your treatment.

Pregnancy and motherhood is a very natural and exciting time, however, it is often one of the most challenging things we ask of our bodies. Learning about your alignment, how to stand, walk, squat and move more naturally before and during pregnancy can help you prepare your body for pregnancy and birth, lead to improved pelvic floor and core function postpartum, and help you encourage a smooth postpartum recovery.

Your Appointment

Each one-on-one consultation is 60 minutes in length and involves a whole-body biomechanical and pelvic floor assessment, hands on treatment, education and exercises tailored to your individual needs and goals. Our aim is to provide you with the knowledge and tools to be able to heal your own body.

You will leave with an action plan outlining your goals and receive a follow-up e-mail after your initial assessment to ensure you're comfortable with everything you've learned.
