Our initial consults are 60 minutes duration to enable us to truly understand your story, Physiotherapy goals and to formulate a plan to help you achieve these with long-lasting results.
Following your consult, you will receive a follow up email to check in with you and to provide the opportunity to ask any questions/clarify any points prior to your next appointment.

At Body & Birth, we incorporate significant education into our sessions so that you leave your appointment with a deeper understanding of your condition and the best management options for you.
With our Director, Tanja having completed her PhD in 2014, there is a strong emphasis on continuing education/professional development for the team, to offer you the highest quality care based on the most current research.
Communication with your healthcare team
We are proud to offer you excellence in communication with your wider healthcare team and with your consent, will correspond with your GP, Obstetrician, Gynaecologist and any other members of your team on your behalf. This will keep them updated about your Physiotherapy assessment, treatment plan and progress and gives us the opportunity to work together to provide streamlined care and help you achieve fast results.
