Ellie holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy and has specialised in McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release, myofascial cupping, dry needling, pregnancy massage, and infant massage. Her early work with high-performance athletes inspired a deep interest in supporting women in sports, naturally becoming a broader focus on women’s health. Ellie is also pursuing a Public Health degree, driven by a passion for education and helping women feel empowered in their health journeys.
