Stephanie Bladon-Smith

M.Phty, Bachelor of Kinesiology

Originally from Canada, Stephanie graduated from the University of Queensland’s Master of Physiotherapy program in 2020, where she developed a strong passion for women’s and pelvic health.

Drawing on her experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) clinics, she has a strong understanding of injury management and rehabilitation. Stephanie integrates this knowledge with pelvic health to help women prepare for pregnancy, recover after birth, and optimise continence and pelvic floor function — whether for everyday activities or returning to sport.

As an athlete herself, Stephanie understands how important physical activity is for both mental and physical wellbeing. She is passionate about supporting women through all life stages — including pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause — and guiding them back to movement in a way that feels safe, supported, and personalised.

Stephanie’s approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based.  She combines practical, hands-on treatment with clear education to ensure women feel confident and supported every step of the way. She aims to create a comfortable environment where women feel heard, informed, and empowered in their care.

In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys staying active — training for triathlons, playing tennis with her partner, beach camping, hiking, and exploring the incredible Australian landscape.
