Lily Hayter

B.Phty 

Lily is a passionate Women's & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. She graduated from the Australian Catholic University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has worked in private practice since. She has always had a passion for Women’s and Pelvic Health and has undertaken further post-graduate training in this field.

 

Lily's promise to her clients is that they will walk away from a session feeling empowered with knowledge about their body's potential and how to manage their pelvic health concerns.

 

Lily can help you manage the following conditions:

 

  • Pregnancy and postpartum care

  • Pregnancy- related Pelvic Girdle Pain 

  • Pregnancy-related Low Back Pain

  • Diastasis of the Rectus Abdominis Muscle (Abdominal muscle separation) 

  • Constipation, Faecal and/or Flatal Incontinence

  • Urinary urgency and/or Urinary incontinence

  • Painful intercourse

  • Persistent Pelvic Pain

  • Pelvic Organ Prolapse and Pessary fitting

  • Post-natal return to sport assessment 

  • Mastitis/Breast Engorgement/Blocked Ducts

 

Lily is an AHPRA registered physiotherapist and is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. She is also well connected in this space as a member of the Continence & Women’s Health special interest group, and Women’s Health Training Associates. 

She is available for appointments on:

Thursdays 12:00am - 6:00pm

Fridays 8:00am - 2:00pm

Saturdays 8:00am - 1:00pm
