Monica is a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist who graduated with Honours from Griffith University, earning a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She adopts a holistic approach to patient care, with a particular focus on women’s health, addressing a wide range of conditions specific to women throughout various life stages. Monica is committed to empowering her patients, ensuring they feel informed and involved in their treatment plans.

Monica has completed APA Level 1 & 2 in Women’s Health, and her areas of special interest include:

​

  • Pregnancy and early postpartum musculoskeletal conditions

  • Abdominal separation (rectus diastasis or DRAM)

  • Pelvic floor strengthening 

  • Incontinence management

  • Caesarean or perineal scar management

  • Pelvic girdle pain or instability

  • Mastitis treatment

  • Bladder, bowel, and support dysfunction

  • Exercise prescription during pregnancy.

In addition to her expertise in women’s health, Monica is also skilled in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring a comprehensive and effective approach to rehabilitation.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys traveling, running, working out at the gym, and exploring new coffee shops.
