Women's Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Phoebe graduated from the University of Queensland and has been working in private practice as a physiotherapist, pilates and hydrotherapy instructor. As well as having experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Phoebe has had three research papers published in academic journals.
Loving an active lifestyle, Phoebe can often be found participating in pilates or going for a run with her black labrador. She relaxes by creating sweet treats in the kitchen, slowing down and reading a good book or catching up with friends and family.
Phoebe has a passion for educating and treating women in all stages of pregnancy or with pelvic floor dysfunction including:
Low back pain or Pelvic girdle pain (sacro-iliac joint and pubic symphysis joint)
Abdominal muscle stretch and/or weakness including Diastasis Recti
Pelvic Floor Muscle re-training and education
Stress Urinary Incontinence, Urge Urinary Incontinence and Urgency
Education and assessment for safe return to sport/activity post-natally
