Enjoy a fun and nourishing return to exercise and movement with our Physio led pilates and Yoga classes. If you're feeling ready to start some sort of exercise post delivery but just aren’t quite sure what to do and how to do it safely, pilates are a great place to start.
Our classes are a gentle way to have a bit of fun with bub, but also build your strength and get moving postpartum in a way that is safe for your body. (These classes aren't just for postpartum mums, they're also great if you have pelvic floor or core concerns).
Pregnancy Physio Designed and Led
Led by women's health physiotherapists our classes are pelvic floor and core safe and are designed to help you progress through your recovery so you can get back to what you love. Also includes great education for long-term pelvic floor health!
Small Class Sizes
Located at the beautiful Santosha Yoga studio - just a few doors down from our Paddington Cottage. Each class is intimate with a maximum of 10 participants, meaning you have great access for questions and feedback.
Nothing brightens our day like meeting new bubs, please feel to bring them along to any classes, and take any breaks you need. We understand Mama!
Classes run on Wednesdays and participants must have had an initial assessment with us prior to attending. A 5-Class Pass is available for $125, or drop in is $30 per class and can be claimed for private health coverage with most health funds. Bookings are essential to reserve your place!
Moving Mamas Group Classes
Mums and Bubs Pilates Led by Sami Cattach - Women's Health and Pregnancy Physio
Our Moving Mamas pilates program includes full body workouts specifically tailored to enhance your recovery after the birth of your new bub. In addition to movements and exercises, it also includes new pelvic floor and core education topics covered each week.
Our intimate classes allow us to closely monitor and tailor exercises to each Mama’s need, enabling you to get the most out of your workout. This allows you to not only exercise but learn about your body and create positive movement habits for life.
